WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have 30 days to return or exchange your item! No restocking fees. First, please contact us to let us know why you are returning or exchanging your item. We will send you instructions for the return. Once we receive your product, you’ll receive an exchanged item, or instant refund.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

After you contact us, and ship back your item we will A) send you an immediate exchange for your defective or mis-sized item or B) refund your order instantly if you are unhappy or product is defective.

IS IT EASY TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes. Once you contact us we will send you step-by-step instructions on how to return your product. Please note: Industrious Handwear only covers shipping for defective items.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Items purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund your money! If you are unhappy with the size of your product, we will gladly exchange it for the proper size.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

Any items that are marked as “final sale” are non-refundable. This includes free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Once your items are inspected by our team, you’ll get your refund typically within a couple hours.
